Pestisit in Textile
Development is underway for a new reference material focused on pesticides in fabrics. Chemical selection and production trials have begun, followed by quality control studies.
Aromatic Amines in Textile
We are working on a new reference material for aromatic amines in fabrics. This project will be completed in two phases. In the first phase, fabric materials are prepared using resins containing specific aromatic amines. In the second phase, we will produce our own azo dyes and dye the fabrics in-house. Both phases aim to provide high-quality, reliable reference materials for accurate testing.
Nickel Release in Metallic Materials
We are pleased to announce the start of our research and production process for reference materials related to nickel release testing in metallic products. This development is based on the reference test method: "Release of nickel from all post assemblies which are inserted into pierced parts of the human body and articles intended to come into direct and prolonged contact with the skin (EN 1811)". With this project, we are expanding our expertise beyond textiles, introducing reference materials specifically designed for metallic items.
Product Improvements
p-Aminoazobenzene in Textile
We have successfully started producing our own dyestuff for p-aminoazobenzene reference materials. Previously, we used commercially available dyestuffs. By switching to in-house dyestuff production, we achieved better control over the process, resulting in improved homogeneity and enhanced stability of the final product.
SCCP&MCCP in Textile
We have optimized the resin formulations used in our SCCP and MCCP reference materials for textiles. This improvement enhances the homogeneity and stability of the final products, ensuring more reliable and consistent test results.
Expanded Components
Phthalates
We have expanded our phthalate component portfolio. From now on, we can produce reference materials containing the following phthalates for plastic, textile, and leather applications: Diethyl phthalate (DEP) Diisodecyl phthalate (DIDP) Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) Dimethyl phthalate (DMP) Di-isobutyl phthalate (DIBP) Dioctyl phthalate (DOP or DEHP) Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP) (New) Diisononyl phthalate (DINP) (New) Dicyclohexyl phthalate (DCHP) (New)
APs&APEOs
We have expanded the component range of our APEO and AP reference materials for both textile and leather applications. The following components are now available in our product portfolio: OPEO (CAS: 9002-93-1) NPEO (CAS: 68412-54-4) 4-Octylphenol (CAS: 1806-26-4) (New) 4-tert-Octylphenol (4tOP) (CAS: 140-66-9) 4-Nonylphenol (NP) (CAS: 84852-15-3) (New) 4-tert-Butylphenol (4tBP) (CAS: 98-54-4) (New) We can now offer reference materials containing these components, ensuring high homogeneity and stability for accurate testing.
